American Bridge International School, a private educational institution, is an acronym consisting of its core curriculum, Khmer programs both at school and online learning programs. American Bridge International Institute serves General Education from Grade 1 to Grade 12 that is designed and conducted in alignment with the Ministry of Education Youth and Sports (MoEYS) curriculum and syllabus. In addition, we also provide our students with English and Computer classes including extra curricular such as Dancing, Karate, etc.
In this case, the online learning protocol is adopted from the international practice with some adjustments to make it realistic and doable for the context of Khmer teachers. This online protocol is developed to ensure that learning activities will still occur at home, and students will be supported by the school.
Online learning is education that takes place using the internet and has been accustomed to submitting work online through the use of Google Classroom, Google Forms. Today, we will transition to fully online learning, and are expected to work independently on the learning with the teachers’ guidance in every subject students are studying.
American Bridge International School’s online learning programs do not differ from regular learning at school in almost all respects. All learning activities remain the same, with slight adjustments if certain materials cannot be accessed at home. All of your summative assessments can be submitted via Google Classroom through Google Form and Google Sheet Formation and deadlines will remain largely unaltered.
